Move the Attendees. Skip the Transportation Circus.
Pedicabs are especially useful when the destination is too close for a motor coach, too far for dress shoes, and exactly far enough for everyone to start asking the planner the same question.

Built for Convention Movement, Not Random Ride Requests
Convention transportation gets complicated in a very specific way: everything looks close on the map, thousands of people are moving at the same time, and somebody eventually says, "We'll just have everyone walk."
Cincinnati Pedicab provides organized transportation for conventions, conferences, corporate meetings and hospitality programs across central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We can help move attendees, VIPs, clients and organized groups between convention activity, hotels, restaurants, receptions and nearby entertainment districts without turning every short trip into a shuttle-bus operation.
This is planned group transportation. We are not trying to turn the website into an advance-booking desk for two people who would like a guaranteed pickup after dinner.
Convention and conference programs work best when there is a defined audience, schedule, hotel or venue pattern, and transportation objective. That lets us plan the fleet around the actual movement instead of improvising one ride at a time while several hundred people are wearing matching lanyards.

Hotel to Convention. Convention to Dinner. Dinner to Whatever Comes Next.
Attendees rarely stay in one place. They move between hotels, meeting spaces, dinners, receptions, client events and entertainment throughout the day — often in a relatively compact part of the city.
Cincinnati Pedicab can support those short urban movements with dedicated service, repeated loops, scheduled windows or a larger transportation plan built around the event. Pedicabs can also work alongside buses, vans and other transportation when the larger vehicles handle the long haul and we handle the last few blocks.
It is not glamorous logistics. It is useful logistics. Which, during a convention, is usually the kind people appreciate most.

VIPs, Clients + Hospitality Programs
Not every convention transportation need involves the entire attendee base. Sometimes the priority is a smaller group of clients, executives, speakers, sponsors or invited guests who need to move smoothly between hotels, dinners, receptions and event activity.
Dedicated pedicab service can support those hospitality programs without making the ride feel like a generic shuttle transfer. The transportation becomes part of the experience — memorable enough to feel intentional, practical enough to still get everybody where they are supposed to be.

Our operating footprint includes central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Covington, Newport and activity surrounding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
That cross-river footprint is useful when attendees are staying on one side of the Ohio River, dining on the other, and attending meetings somewhere in between. The bridge is part of the itinerary. We are comfortable with that.

Want the Transportation Sponsored or Branded?
Convention transportation can stay purely logistical, or it can become part of the campaign.
Brands, exhibitors and sponsors can fund attendee rides, brand the pedicabs, create dedicated routes, add sampling or ambassador support, and use the transportation as an extension of the convention marketing program. That makes the ride useful to the attendee while giving the sponsor a presence beyond the exhibit hall.
If you are looking specifically for the advertising side of that equation, our Convention Advertising page goes much deeper into it.
Route Tracking for Organized Programs
Cincinnati Pedicab can track routes for coordinated programs, giving planners, companies and sponsors a record of where the fleet actually operated. That can support internal reporting, campaign documentation and a clearer picture of how the transportation moved through the event footprint.
It is especially useful when the program includes dedicated loops, hotel service or branded transportation where the movement itself is part of what needs to be documented.
Tell Us How People Need to Move
The useful starting information is straightforward: the convention or conference, approximate group size, hotels or venues involved, dates and times, the trips that matter most and whether the transportation is logistical, hospitality-focused or part of a sponsored program.
From there, we can work backward into the fleet and operating plan. If pedicabs make sense, we will tell you how. If a particular movement belongs on a bus instead, we are not going to pretend otherwise just because we own bicycles.
Where to Next
Keep the Attendees Moving. Keep the Planner Sane.
Conventions already come with enough moving pieces. Transportation between nearby hotels, venues, dinners and event activity should not become another one.
Tell us who needs to move and where they need to go. We will help build the pedicab piece around the city, the schedule and the people wearing the badges.
