Cincinnati Moves Better on Three Wheels

Cincinnati is very walkable right up until it suddenly isn't. The game lets out. The convention breaks for dinner. Somebody parks in Kentucky. Somebody else announces that the next stop is "basically right there."

That's usually when a pedicab starts looking like an excellent life decision.

Cincinnati Pedicab moves people, groups and brands through downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Over-the-Rhine, Covington, Newport and the places in between. Catch a ride across town, move an entire group, give the wedding party's feet a fighting chance, or put your brand directly into one of Cincinnati's biggest crowds.

Just looking for a ride? Here is how it works.

Your Brand Should Get Out More

A banner stays where you put it. A branded pedicab does not.

Cincinnati Pedicab creates street-level advertising campaigns using branded pedicabs, sponsored rides, dedicated ride programs, promotional sampling and brand ambassadors. Campaigns can scale up to 20 pedicabs, putting your message directly into downtown streets, entertainment districts, convention crowds and major event weekends.

And because the cabs are actually useful, people do something advertisers generally appreciate: they interact with them on purpose.

From Bengals weekends and Reds games to conventions, festivals, concerts and Oktoberfest, we can build campaigns around the places people are already going. Route tracking adds another layer, giving campaigns a record of where the fleet actually moved instead of relying on the highly scientific measurement of "yeah, there were a ton of people out."

Groups & Events

Move the Group Without Starting a Group-Text Emergency

Twenty people trying to get from the hotel to dinner should not require twelve rideshares, four screenshots, six people asking "whose car are you in?" and one person who somehow ended up at the wrong restaurant.

For corporate groups of 20 or more, Cincinnati Pedicab can build organized transportation around conventions, conferences, corporate events, hospitality programs, client outings and major event weekends. We operate throughout central Cincinnati and into Northern Kentucky, including Covington, Newport and the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

Pedicabs are particularly useful when the destinations are close enough that charter buses become ridiculous but far enough that your guests begin questioning every decision that led them to wearing dress shoes.

Conventions

Conventions Have Enough Logistics Already

Cincinnati's convention districts put hotels, restaurants, entertainment and event venues surprisingly close together.

"Surprisingly close together," however, is exactly how people end up walking fourteen blocks.

Cincinnati Pedicab can support conventions and conferences with attendee transportation, VIP movement, hotel-to-event rides, dedicated loops, sponsored transportation and branded campaigns. Exhibitors and sponsors can also turn transportation into part of the activation itself with wrapped pedicabs, free sponsored rides, sampling, promotional distribution and branded ambassadors.

Instead of putting another sign inside the convention hall, put your brand outside the doors and send it moving through the city.

Weddings: Because Formal Shoes Were a Terrible Invention

There are plenty of beautiful ways to leave a wedding.

Walking six blocks in heels is rarely one of them.

Cincinnati Pedicab can provide a memorable ride-out for the bride and groom while also helping move the wedding party between nearby hotels, venues, photo locations, dinners, receptions and after-parties. It can be elegant, practical, ridiculous in exactly the right way — or all three before the night is over.

And yes, the photos tend to be pretty good too.

Tours

See Cincinnati Without Making a Hobby Out of Walking

Sometimes the point is not getting somewhere. Sometimes the point is seeing what's between here and there.

Cincinnati Pedicab offers private and sightseeing experiences around downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront and Northern Kentucky, with possibilities including downtown tours, riverfront rides, Purple People Bridge-area experiences and custom routes built around the group.

You get the city. You get the fresh air. You get somebody else doing the pedaling.

Seems fair.

How to Ride

Yes, You Can Just Take a Ride

Despite all the advertising, conventions and organized transportation talk, these are still pedicabs.

If you see Cincinnati Pedicab operating downtown, around the riverfront, near entertainment districts or during major events, you can catch a ride like a normal human being without preparing a transportation RFP.

Public street rides are part of what makes the whole thing work. They keep the fleet moving, keep us connected to the city and provide a much nicer answer to the question:

"Wait… how far is the hotel?"

When Cincinnati fills up, pedicabs become useful in about six different ways at once.

They move people through crowded districts. They give corporate groups a practical transportation option. They create hospitality experiences. They provide sponsors with something people actually want to interact with. And when branded correctly, they become moving media inside the crowd rather than advertising sitting somewhere nearby hoping the crowd notices.

That combination — transportation + visibility + interaction — is where Cincinnati Pedicab gets particularly interesting.

Cincinnati on One Side. Kentucky on the Other. We're Good With Both.

Northern Kentucky

Our operating footprint includes central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, with service opportunities throughout downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Over-the-Rhine, Covington and Newport, including convention and event activity surrounding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

That cross-river footprint matters. Cincinnati does not stop being Cincinnati just because somebody crossed a bridge.

Neither do we.

When You Need Them.

Cincinnati Pedicab is a local operating brand in the Move Mobile Media family.

That means Cincinnati stays local and pedicab-first while larger agency, regional and multi-market campaigns can tap into a broader mobile media platform when needed. You do not need to figure out which company goes on the paperwork before you contact us.

Tell us what you're trying to do. We'll figure out which wheels need to turn.

Move People. Move Brands. Save Somebody From Their Parking Decision.

Whether you're planning a branded campaign, moving a convention group, getting a wedding party across town, exploring Cincinnati or staring at Google Maps and realizing "basically right there" was a lie, there is a pretty good chance a pedicab can help.

Or learn how to catch a ride.
