Leave the Wedding Like You Meant It

There is no reason the final image of the night should be the newlyweds standing in a rideshare pickup zone staring at three identical gray sedans.

Start With the Bride + Groom

The ceremony was beautiful. The flowers were perfect. Everybody cried.

The bride-and-groom ride-out is the obvious place to start. A pedicab gives the couple a proper exit from the ceremony or reception without turning the moment into a parking-lot shuffle.

It also happens to photograph well. The cab, the city, the riverfront, the wedding clothes and the fact that nobody is squeezing into the back seat of a sedan all help.

The exact pickup, route and destination can be planned around the wedding locations and street conditions. We are happy to make it memorable. We are less interested in promising a dramatic movie-scene exit through a street that happens to be closed that day.

Bring the Wedding Party Too

Cincinnati Pedicab can provide a memorable bride-and-groom ride-out along with transportation for the wedding party between nearby venues, hotels, photo locations, dinners, receptions and after-parties across central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

The newlyweds do not have to be the only people getting a ride. Depending on the wedding, that may mean moving the group together, moving people in waves or keeping a small fleet available during a defined part of the day. The plan should fit the actual wedding rather than forcing the wedding into a transportation package somebody invented six months ago.

And yes, this is particularly helpful when half the wedding party is wearing shoes selected for appearance rather than distance.

Hotels, Photos, Receptions + After-Parties

Downtown weddings often involve several nearby locations that are close enough to look easy on paper and far enough apart to become annoying in real life.

Pedicabs can help connect nearby hotels, ceremony and reception locations, photo stops, rehearsal dinners and after-parties without requiring the wedding party to repeatedly reorganize itself around cars. For some weddings, the pedicabs may handle only one important movement. For others, they can support several parts of the day.

The goal is not to turn your wedding into a transit system. The goal is to remove the parts where everybody is asking, "Wait, how are we getting there?"

Cincinnati + Northern Kentucky Weddings

Cincinnati

  • Downtown
  • The riverfront
  • Over-the-Rhine
  • Entertainment districts

Northern Kentucky

  • Covington
  • Newport
  • NKY Convention Center
  • Convention and event activity

Cincinnati Pedicab operates across central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Over-the-Rhine, Covington and Newport.

That gives weddings on both sides of the Ohio River room to build transportation around the actual locations instead of pretending the bridge is where the evening ends. If the ceremony, hotel, photos or reception cross from Cincinnati into Northern Kentucky, we can scope the practical pedicab piece around that itinerary.

Good Transportation Should Still Feel Like Part of the Wedding

Wedding transportation has a job to do, but that does not mean it needs to feel like equipment rental.

A pedicab ride gives the newlyweds and wedding party a few minutes outside the ballroom, a little city around them and something more memorable than waiting for the valet ticket number to be called. It works because the ride is useful first and fun without trying very hard.

The driver may also congratulate you, make you laugh and lightly roast somebody in the wedding party. We consider this part of the local flavor, within reason.

Every Wedding Gets Scoped Around the Actual Day

Wedding transportation depends on the locations, timing, guest movement, street access and how much of the day you actually want the pedicabs involved in. We do not publish a fake universal itinerary because weddings have an impressive habit of refusing to be universal.

Tell us the date, the main locations, who needs to ride and what part of the wedding you want help with. We can determine whether the route makes sense, how many pedicabs fit the job and where the service adds something useful instead of simply adding another vendor to the spreadsheet.

Give the Wedding a Better Getaway Car

Bride-and-groom ride-out. Wedding-party transportation. Nearby hotels, photos, receptions and after-parties. Cincinnati on one side of the river, Northern Kentucky on the other.

You have already planned enough details. Tell us where the wedding is happening and who needs to move. We will help figure out the part with three wheels.
