Put Your Brand Outside the Booth

Because at some point the attendee leaves the booth. Your campaign should be allowed to leave too.

The Convention Floor Is Not the Whole Convention

Cincinnati conventions bring exactly the audience exhibitors and sponsors spend months trying to reach: concentrated, credentialed, professionally relevant and walking around the same few blocks for several days.

Attendees do not disappear when the exhibit hall closes. They go to hotels, dinners, receptions, meetings, bars, client events and whatever somebody confidently described as "a quick walk."

Those movements create additional opportunities for visibility and interaction. A branded pedicab can follow the audience into the streets around convention activity instead of competing for one more square foot of attention inside the hall.

The goal is not to replace the booth. It is to make the campaign bigger than the booth.

Sponsored Rides

Sponsored Rides for Attendees

Sponsored transportation is one of the cleanest ways to turn convention marketing into something useful. A brand can fund rides for attendees while the pedicab carries campaign branding and the passenger gets a very practical reason to remember who paid for it.

Programs can be designed around hotels, convention activity, hospitality events, restaurants, entertainment districts or other defined destinations. For larger programs, pedicabs can be assigned to dedicated routes or service areas instead of simply circulating as general street transportation.

Nobody has ever complained that the free ride back to the hotel was not disruptive enough.

Branded Pedicabs

Branded Pedicabs + Fleet Presence

Cincinnati Pedicab can scale convention campaigns up to 20 pedicabs, allowing a sponsor or exhibitor to create anything from a focused branded presence to a coordinated fleet operating around the broader convention environment.

The cabs can function as moving street-level media, attendee transportation or both. Branding can also be paired with sponsored rides, sampling, QR engagement, offers and ambassador programs so the campaign has more to do than simply look good in photos.

One cab gets noticed. A fleet starts becoming part of the scenery — which, in this case, is exactly the idea.

Sampling + Ambassador Support

If the product belongs in somebody's hand, the campaign should probably have a plan for getting it there.

Cincinnati Pedicab can support promotional product distribution, sampling and ambassador-style activations alongside branded vehicles and sponsored ride programs. That can be especially useful for exhibitors and consumer brands that want a direct interaction with attendees outside the convention floor.

Promotional offers, QR codes and other response mechanisms can be layered into the program where they make sense. We are not required to put a QR code on everything simply because technology has made that possible.

Convention audiences in this market do not live inside one building. Cincinnati Pedicab can support programs around central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Covington, Newport and activity surrounding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

That cross-river footprint gives sponsors and exhibitors more flexibility when attendees are spread across hotels, dinners, receptions and entertainment on both sides of the Ohio River.

The river is scenic. It is not a media boundary.

Hospitality

Hospitality Programs Count Too

Not every convention campaign is about broad attendee reach. Sometimes the important audience is a smaller group of customers, prospects, VIPs or invited guests.

Dedicated pedicab transportation can support corporate dinners, client entertainment, receptions and other convention-adjacent hospitality programs. The vehicles can remain branded, sponsor-funded or simply dedicated to moving the people who matter to the program.

That creates a different kind of impression than asking a client to summon their own rideshare and text "here" from whichever curb they guessed correctly.

Track Where the Campaign Goes

Cincinnati Pedicab can track campaign routes so brands and agencies have a record of where the fleet actually operated during the convention program.

That route information can support post-campaign reporting and document the movement of branded vehicles through the intended convention, hotel and hospitality environment. It does not claim to measure every impression or attendee thought. It does give the campaign something concrete to report beyond "we saw the cabs a lot."

Need the Program
in More Than
Cincinnati?

Cincinnati Pedicab is the local operating brand. When a convention campaign grows into multiple cities, national event programs or a broader agency assignment, Move Mobile Media provides the larger platform behind it.

That means a Cincinnati activation can stay genuinely local while a successful concept still has somewhere to go next.

Take the Campaign Past the Exhibit Hall

Tell us the convention, the audience and what you want the brand to accomplish. We can build the pedicab component around attendee movement with branded vehicles, sponsored rides, dedicated programs, sampling, ambassadors and tracked routes.

The badge comes off eventually. The campaign does not have to.
