Move 20 People Without Creating 20 Problems
Once a group gets big enough, "everybody just grab a rideshare" stops being a transportation plan and starts becoming a social experiment.

Built for Groups. Not Random Pickup Requests.
Cincinnati Pedicab provides organized transportation for corporate groups of 20 or more across central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We can help move convention attendees, client groups, employees, hospitality guests and organized parties between nearby hotels, venues, restaurants, meetings and event activity without splitting everybody into a small fleet of mystery sedans.
The point is not to replace every bus, shuttle or car. It is to handle the short urban trips where a pedicab fleet makes more sense — and where walking sounded much better during the planning meeting than it does in real shoes.
For corporate programs, we generally focus on groups of 20 or more with a defined event, schedule, destination pattern or hospitality objective. That gives us something useful to plan around: how many people need to move, where they are starting, where they are going and when the movement matters most.
If you simply see one of our pedicabs on the street and need a ride, great. That is what the Rides page is for. This page is for the person who has twenty name badges and suddenly realizes all twenty belong to people who expect transportation.

Convention + Conference Groups
Conventions create a very specific transportation problem: everybody is staying close to everything, but not quite close enough to stop complaining about the walk.
Cincinnati Pedicab can support attendee movement between convention activity, nearby hotels, restaurants, hospitality events and entertainment districts in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Programs can be built for employee groups, association attendees, clients, invited guests or other organized convention groups that need reliable short-distance movement over the course of the event.
For sponsors and exhibitors, transportation can also become part of a branded or sponsored ride program rather than remaining purely logistical.

Corporate Outings + Client Hospitality
A client dinner, employee outing or hospitality program should not begin with twelve people comparing license plates in a loading zone.
Pedicabs can support organized movement for client entertainment, team outings, receptions, dinners and event-weekend hospitality when the destinations sit within a practical urban footprint. The fleet can move people in waves, serve a defined route or support a larger transportation plan where buses and cars handle the long haul and pedicabs handle the last few blocks.
It is transportation, but it can also feel like part of the evening instead of the chore between parts of the evening.
Hotel to Dinner. Dinner to Event. Event to Somewhere Everyone Swore Was Close.
Short urban trips are where group logistics get weird. A destination can be too close to justify a motor coach, too far to be pleasant on foot and just inconvenient enough to scatter everybody across multiple rideshares.
That is a useful pedicab problem. We can design group movement around nearby hotels, restaurants, entertainment districts, convention venues and event activity while keeping the group connected to the same general plan.
The exact route and fleet setup depend on the locations, timing, street conditions and event footprint. We would rather build around the actual city than promise teleportation because the sales page looked cleaner that way.

Our operating footprint includes central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including downtown Cincinnati, the riverfront, Over-the-Rhine, Covington, Newport and activity surrounding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
That cross-river reach is especially useful for groups staying, dining or attending events on both sides of the Ohio River. The itinerary does not become our enemy just because somebody booked dinner in Kentucky.

Want the Transportation Branded?
Corporate and convention transportation can stay purely functional, or it can become part of a branded hospitality experience.
Pedicabs can be incorporated into sponsored ride programs, branded fleet deployments, sampling or ambassador activations when a company wants the transportation itself to carry the campaign. That can be especially useful for conventions, client hospitality and major event weekends where the same group is interacting with the fleet repeatedly.
If nobody needs a logo on anything, that is also perfectly legal. We still move the people.
Tell Us the Group. We Will Work Backward From There.
The useful starting information is simple: roughly how many people are moving, the locations involved, the date and time, what the group is attending and whether the movement happens once or throughout a larger program.
From there, we can determine whether pedicabs make sense for the job and how the fleet should be structured around the group. If the geography or logistics call for something different, it is better to discover that while planning than while twenty people are standing outside a hotel looking at you.
Where to Next
Keep the Group Together. Or at Least in the Same Zip Code.
If you are planning transportation for 20 or more corporate guests, convention attendees, employees or hospitality clients in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky, tell us where everybody needs to go.
We will help build the pedicab piece around the schedule, the streets and the actual people wearing the name badges.
