Reds Game Days + Opening Day
Baseball has 162 games. Cincinnati still manages to make the first one feel like a municipal holiday.
Cincinnati Pedicab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Cincinnati Reds, Major League Baseball or Great American Ball Park.

Plan Game-Day TransportationOpening Day Is Not a Normal Thursday
Reds home games bring steady season-long traffic to Cincinnati's riverfront, but Opening Day is in its own category. The city starts celebrating long before first pitch, downtown fills with fans, and the game becomes part baseball, part parade, part annual reminder that Cincinnati takes this particular tradition very seriously.
In Cincinnati, Opening Day is one of the rare events where the pregame can be nearly as important as the game. The parade, downtown parties, packed bars, riverfront activity and all-day foot traffic create a much larger street-level opportunity than a few hours inside the ballpark.
For brands, that means the useful campaign window can start well before first pitch and continue after the game. For corporate groups and hospitality programs, it means transportation planning should account for the entire downtown environment, not just the stadium gates.
If your Opening Day plan begins at first pitch, Cincinnati has already been partying without you for several hours.

Put the Brand Into the Crowd
Branded pedicabs can move through the same downtown and riverfront areas fans are already using before and after Reds games. The vehicles can operate as mobile street-level media, carry riders, support sponsored transportation and create repeated visibility around one of Cincinnati's most recognizable recurring event environments.
For larger programs, Cincinnati Pedicab can scale branded deployments up to 20 pedicabs. Sampling, promotional distribution, ambassadors, QR or offer integration and route tracking can be added when the campaign needs more than the branded vehicle itself.
Forty-five thousand baseball fans are difficult to fit into a conference room. Fortunately, we were not planning to.

Sponsored Rides: Make the Brand Useful
A sponsored ride gives fans an immediate reason to like the campaign. The advertiser funds transportation, the pedicab carries the message, and the rider gets a little help crossing a crowded downtown that suddenly feels much larger after nine innings.
Programs can be designed around defined operating areas, hospitality goals, event timing or dedicated ride patterns. The exact route depends on game-day traffic, street access and where the audience is actually moving.
A free ride after the game is the rare promotional giveaway nobody leaves under their seat.
Corporate + Client Hospitality
Reds games are also useful corporate hospitality opportunities. Companies entertaining clients, employees or guests can incorporate pedicabs into an organized transportation plan when the group is moving among nearby hotels, restaurants, receptions, The Banks and Great American Ball Park.
For corporate transportation, we generally focus on organized groups of 20 or more. The fleet can move guests in waves, support a defined transportation window or handle the short urban portion of a larger plan.
That is often cleaner than asking twenty people to independently solve downtown transportation while somebody in the group text keeps typing “where are you guys?” with increasing concern.

Just Trying to Catch a Ride?
You do not need a media plan to ride a pedicab. Public street rides are part of the operation around busy game days, subject to where the fleet is working and what the streets allow.
We do not promise guaranteed individual pickups at exact times through this page. If you see a Cincinnati Pedicab working nearby, ask the driver where they can take you and confirm the price before the ride begins.
Where to Next
Meet the Ballpark Crowd Before It Gets There
Tell us the game or the weekend, the audience and what you want the brand or the group to accomplish. We can build the pedicab piece around the actual downtown and riverfront footprint.
Opening Day only comes once a year. Downtown will be busy either way.
