Plan Game-Day Transportation

Put Your Brand Where the Fans Are

Bengals home games turn Cincinnati's riverfront into one of the city's biggest recurring pedestrian environments. Fans move between downtown parking, hotels, The Banks, bars, restaurants, Northern Kentucky and Paycor Stadium before and after kickoff — and for a few hours, a normal walk across downtown starts feeling considerably longer than it did when everyone was still optimistic.

Game-day advertising works differently when the audience is walking through it. Branded pedicabs can circulate through the surrounding street environment, carry riders, support sponsor-funded transportation and keep a campaign moving before and after the game instead of sitting in one fixed location.

For larger programs, Cincinnati Pedicab can scale branded deployments up to 20 pedicabs. Sampling, promotional distribution, ambassadors, QR or offer integration and route tracking can also be added when the campaign calls for more than vehicle branding alone.

A sign near the crowd is advertising. A ride through the crowd has a little more to talk about.

Sponsored Rides

Sponsored Rides Fans May Actually Appreciate

A sponsored ride gives the fan something useful at exactly the moment the brand shows up. Instead of asking somebody to stop on the sidewalk and admire the campaign, the advertiser can help move them toward the stadium, a hotel, dinner, parking or the next part of the day.

Sponsored programs can be designed around defined operating areas, hospitality objectives or dedicated ride patterns. The exact setup depends on street access, closures, demand and the game-day footprint rather than a generic route drawn months in advance.

Free ride. Branded cab. Less walking. This is not a difficult value proposition to explain.

Group Transportation

Corporate + Client Hospitality

Bengals weekends are also corporate entertainment weekends. Companies hosting clients, employees or guests can use pedicabs as part of an organized transportation plan when the group is moving among nearby hotels, restaurants, hospitality events and the stadium district.

For corporate programs, we generally focus on organized groups of 20 or more. A fleet can move guests in waves, support a defined window or handle the short urban segment of a larger transportation plan where a bus or car is unnecessary or inconvenient.

It is a much better first impression than sending twenty guests into a group chat titled "WHO HAS THE UBER?"

Coming From Northern Kentucky? We Know.

Game-day movement does not begin and end at the Ohio River. Cincinnati Pedicab operates in central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Covington and Newport, allowing transportation and campaign planning to account for hotels, restaurants and event activity on both sides of the river where practical.

Specific routes and access can change with game-day traffic controls and street closures, so we plan around the actual event environment rather than promising that every block will cooperate because Google Maps looked friendly on Tuesday.

How to Ride

Just Trying to Catch a Ride?

You do not need a media plan to sit in a pedicab. Public street rides are part of the operation on busy event days, subject to where the fleet is working and what the streets allow.

We do not promise guaranteed individual pickups at exact times through this page. If you see a Cincinnati Pedicab working nearby, ask the driver where they can take you and confirm the price before the ride begins.

Meet the Crowd Where It Already Is

Tell us the game, the audience and what you want the brand or the group to accomplish. We can build the pedicab piece around the actual game-day footprint — branded vehicles, sponsored rides, sampling, ambassadors, hospitality movement and tracked routes.

Sixty-five thousand people are already walking somewhere. You may as well be useful about it.
