The Concert Is Only Part of the Weekend

Cincinnati Music Festival brings one of the city's biggest annual destination crowds to the riverfront, with concerts at Paycor Stadium and a full weekend of surrounding events, dinners, nightlife, hotel activity and street-level movement across downtown.

The Cincinnati Music Festival audience does not arrive at Paycor Stadium five minutes before the first act and disappear after the encore. Visitors stay in area hotels, eat downtown, attend daytime events, shop, meet friends, head to after-parties and keep moving through the city all weekend.

That larger footprint is where pedicabs become particularly useful. A campaign can follow the audience beyond the stadium while hospitality programs can help move guests between the places that make up the rest of the weekend.

The ticket gets you into the show. It does not make the hotel any closer afterward.

Branded Pedicabs

Branded Pedicabs in a Destination Crowd

For larger programs, Cincinnati Pedicab can deploy up to 20 branded pedicabs. The fleet can create a focused presence or a coordinated street-level campaign around downtown, the riverfront and surrounding festival activity where access permits.

The vehicles can work as mobile media, rider transportation or both. Sampling, promotional distribution, ambassadors, QR or offer integration and route tracking can be added when the campaign needs more than branding alone.

One cab gets attention. A fleet starts becoming part of the weekend.

Sponsored Rides

Sponsored Rides: A Very Friendly Introduction

A sponsored ride gives the brand an immediate role in the festival experience: help somebody get where they are already trying to go. The advertiser funds the transportation, the pedicab carries the campaign and the rider gets a break from the walk.

Programs can be built around defined operating areas, hotel corridors, hospitality objectives or dedicated ride patterns depending on event access and crowd flow.

Free transportation during a packed music weekend tends to require very little explanation.

Sampling + Ambassador Programs

Music Festival weekend also creates strong opportunities for product sampling, promotional distribution and ambassador-style activations. Branded pedicabs can create the moving visual presence while drivers and ambassadors support direct interaction with the audience.

That can include samples, promotional items, offers, QR engagement or other campaign mechanics where appropriate. We prefer the kind of activation people voluntarily walk toward.

Corporate + Client Hospitality

The weekend is also a major hospitality opportunity. Companies hosting clients, employees, partners or invited guests can use pedicabs as part of an organized transportation plan between nearby hotels, dinners, receptions, event activity and the stadium district.

For corporate programs, we generally focus on organized groups of 20 or more. The fleet can move guests in waves, support a defined service window or handle the short urban part of a larger transportation plan.

Your guests came for the music. There is no need to make them perform a transportation scavenger hunt first.

Cincinnati + Northern Kentucky

Festival visitors may stay, eat and socialize on both sides of the Ohio River. Cincinnati Pedicab operates across central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Covington and Newport, allowing campaign and transportation planning to account for the wider downtown and riverfront market where practical.

Specific access, closures and useful routes can change during major events, so we design around the actual festival weekend rather than assuming the streets will behave normally. They usually do not.

How to Ride

Just Trying to Catch a Ride?

You do not need a sponsorship deck to ride a pedicab. Public street rides may be available around the broader festival environment, subject to where the fleet is operating and what street access allows.

We do not use this page to promise guaranteed individual pickups at exact times. If you see a Cincinnati Pedicab working nearby, ask the driver where they can take you and confirm the price before the ride starts.

If you are wearing shoes chosen for the outfit rather than the distance, this conversation may happen sooner than expected.

Track the Campaign While It Moves

For branded and sponsored programs, Cincinnati Pedicab can track routes so advertisers and agencies have a record of where the fleet operated during the campaign. That route data can support post-campaign reporting and document how branded vehicles moved through the intended festival environment.

It will not tell us whether the headliner changed somebody's life. It will tell us where the campaign went, which is the part we are actually qualified to measure.

Own More Than the Concert Window

Cincinnati Music Festival is a multi-day destination event, which gives brands and hospitality planners room to build around more than one moment. The audience arrives, stays, eats, shops, celebrates and moves through the city across the entire weekend.

Tell us the audience, group size, campaign objective or hospitality plan and what you want the pedicabs to accomplish. The festival handles the soundtrack. We will handle the part between here and there.
