Plan Convention Transportation

Exhibitors Have Enough Competition Inside the Hall

Cincinnati Comic Expo brings comics, gaming, cosplay, creators, celebrity guests, vendors and fan culture into First Financial Center for a full convention weekend. The 2026 Expo runs September 25–27 at First Financial Center, with active vendor participation and a downtown location that puts attendees near hotels, restaurants and nightlife.

Cincinnati Comic Expo actively recruits vendors and exhibitors, which means the show floor is already a competitive attention environment. A pedicab campaign gives an exhibitor or sponsor a way to extend the brand beyond the booth and into the streets, hotels and hospitality activity surrounding the convention.

Branded pedicabs, sponsored rides and sampling can help keep the campaign visible after the attendee has left the exhibit hall and is deciding where to eat, meet friends or head next.

Your booth can stay inside. Your campaign does not have to.

Branded Pedicabs

Branded Pedicabs for a Highly Visual Audience

This is a crowd that notices design. Cincinnati Comic Expo celebrates comics, pop culture, cosplay, art, gaming and fan culture, so a branded pedicab has a natural opportunity to become part of an already visual weekend.

Cincinnati Pedicab can scale branded deployments up to 20 pedicabs. The fleet can operate as moving street-level media, rider transportation or both, with sampling, ambassador support, QR or offer integration and route tracking added where the campaign calls for more than vehicle branding alone.

If there is ever a weekend to make the cab look interesting, this would be a strong candidate.

Sponsored Rides

Sponsored Rides: A Better Convention Giveaway

A sponsored ride gives the attendee something useful immediately. The brand funds the transportation, the pedicab carries the campaign and the rider gets a break between the convention center, hotel, restaurant or next part of the weekend.

Programs can be built around accessible hotel corridors, hospitality objectives or dedicated ride patterns depending on traffic, street access and the convention schedule.

Free ride beats another foam stress ball. We feel comfortable taking that position.

Sampling + Ambassador Programs

Brands with products, offers or promotional items can layer sampling and ambassador-style engagement onto a branded pedicab program. Drivers and ambassadors can support direct interaction while the vehicles provide the moving visual presence around the broader convention environment.

That can include samples, promotional items, QR engagement or other response mechanisms where appropriate. The goal is to give the attendee a reason to remember the brand after the lanyard comes off.

Convention + Hotel Transportation

First Financial Center sits in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, with multiple nearby parking garages and hotels serving Expo attendees. That creates repeated short-distance movement before, during and after show hours.

Cincinnati Pedicab can support organized transportation for exhibitors, corporate groups, invited guests and hospitality programs moving between the convention center, nearby hotels, dinners, receptions and entertainment. For corporate programs, we generally focus on organized groups of 20 or more.

Because apparently walking around a convention all day was not enough steps already.

Cincinnati + Northern Kentucky

Expo attendees may stay, eat and socialize across the wider Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market. Cincinnati Pedicab operates across central Cincinnati, Covington and Newport, which gives convention transportation and campaign planning room to account for both sides of the river where practical.

Specific routes, access and useful operating areas depend on the weekend traffic pattern and street conditions, so every program should be scoped around the actual convention environment rather than a neat little line on a map.

How to Ride

Just Trying to Catch a Ride?

Public street rides may be available around the broader Expo weekend environment, subject to where the fleet is operating and what access allows. Cape optional.

We do not promise guaranteed individual pickups at exact times through this page. If you see a Cincinnati Pedicab working nearby, ask the driver where they can take you and confirm the price before the ride begins.

Take the Campaign Past the Show Floor

Tell us the exhibitor objective, the audience and what you want the brand to accomplish. We can build the pedicab component around attendee movement with branded vehicles, sponsored rides, sampling, ambassadors and tracked routes.

A convention full of highly engaged fans is a pretty good place for a brand to avoid being boring.
