A moving campaign for an event built entirely around people moving.

Plan BLINK Transportation

A Festival That Was Basically Designed for Moving Media

BLINK turns Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky into a massive open-air art experience, stretching across downtown, the riverfront, Covington and Newport. The event is built around pedestrians moving between zones, bridges, installations, food, bars, hotels and whatever glowing thing caught their attention next.

BLINK is not contained inside one stadium or convention hall. The experience stretches across more than 30 city blocks, with Cincinnati and Covington connected as part of the same event footprint. People wander between zones, cross bridges, stop for installations, detour for food and then remember the thing they wanted to see is apparently nine blocks back the other way.

For a pedicab campaign, that movement is the opportunity. Branded vehicles can circulate through the wider event environment, carry riders, support sponsor-funded transportation and keep the campaign visible while the audience keeps changing locations.

Static media waits for the crowd. We prefer to go looking for it.

Branded Pedicabs

Branded Pedicabs Across the Event Footprint

For larger programs, Cincinnati Pedicab can deploy up to 20 branded pedicabs. That gives advertisers the ability to create a focused local presence or a coordinated fleet operating across a much larger piece of the BLINK environment where access allows.

The vehicles can function as moving street-level media, rider transportation or both. Sampling, promotional distribution, ambassadors, QR or offer integration and route tracking can be added when the campaign needs more than vehicle branding alone.

BLINK already makes the city look different. Your brand is allowed to participate.

Sponsored Rides

Sponsored Rides in a Festival Built Around Walking

BLINK is intentionally pedestrian-heavy, which is wonderful right up until somebody realizes the next zone is farther away than the colored dots on the map made it look.

A sponsored ride lets the brand solve that problem. The advertiser funds the transportation, the pedicab carries the campaign and the rider gets a useful break between parts of the event. Programs can be built around defined areas, hospitality objectives or dedicated ride patterns depending on access and the final event footprint.

Sampling + Ambassador Programs

BLINK creates long periods of street-level dwell time, which can make it a strong environment for product sampling, promotional distribution and ambassador-style activations. Branded pedicabs can create the moving visual presence while ambassadors and drivers support direct interaction with the crowd.

That can include samples, promotional items, offers, QR engagement or other campaign mechanics where appropriate. The goal is to make the interaction feel like part of the night instead of a clipboard emerging from the darkness.

Cincinnati + Northern Kentucky Are Both Part of This One

Downtown

Newport
The bridges

This is where Cincinnati Pedicab's cross-river footprint becomes especially useful. BLINK spans Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and the official festival experience includes movement between Cincinnati, Covington and Newport.

Cincinnati Pedicab operates across those same areas, allowing transportation and campaign planning to account for both sides of the Ohio River where event access and street conditions permit. For once, “we operate in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky” is not a footnote. It is basically the map.

Corporate + Hospitality Movement

BLINK also creates opportunities for companies hosting clients, employees, sponsors or private groups around the event. Pedicabs can support organized transportation between nearby hotels, restaurants, receptions and event zones when the itinerary fits a practical operating footprint.

For corporate programs, we generally focus on organized groups of 20 or more. The fleet can move guests in waves, support a defined transportation window or handle the short urban portion of a larger hospitality plan.

Your clients can admire the art. They do not also need to admire their step count.

How to Ride

Just Trying to Catch a Ride?

You do not need to be carrying a media brief to ride a pedicab. Public street rides may be available around the broader BLINK environment, subject to where the fleet is operating and what the event footprint allows.

We do not promise guaranteed individual pickups at exact times through this page. If you see a Cincinnati Pedicab working nearby, ask the driver where they can take you and confirm the price before the ride begins.

How to catch a ride

Follow the Crowd Across Two States

Because BLINK involves major pedestrian zones, closures and event-specific access, every program gets scoped around the real footprint rather than a tidy line on a map.

Tell us the nights, the audience and what you want the brand or the group to accomplish. If your group has already walked twelve glowing blocks, negotiations should be brief.
